Brain Pudding
Well, this movie thing is a challenge fail. I feel like my brains are turning to tapioca from the inundation of foreign movie material. I’m only going to watch half the amount and put those up on the Tumblrs. Pero, before I do I will put up the ones that I did watch this weekend.
Flying Deuces: Movie 6
Laurel and Hardy. Not really that funny. I didn’t realize they spoke in this movie. I love their silent shorts, but really the best part of this was the impromptu song and dance number.
American Swing: Movie 7
Documentary chronicling the rise of swinger bar, Plato’s Retreat in New York during the 70’s and early 80’s. I felt like I needed a round of boosters after I watched this flick. It was interesting because I was oblivious about the fact that this place ever existed, but WOW.
Forks Over Knives: Movie 8
Great documentary about the natural food movement. It has some great points about health. It’s worth the watch even if you disagree with giving up the meats.
House of Yes: Movie 9
Parker Posey plays a disturbed girl very well. Such a strange sibling plot. Also funny to see Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachel Leigh Cook in the movie.
